Digital Assistant

White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.

Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

Our Digital Assistant will collaborate closely with both the eCommerce and CRM teams, supporting the creation and testing of email campaigns while ensuring product enrichment across our Australian, UK, and US storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build, create, and test email campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy and optimisation
    • Product management and upload, including product descriptions, tagging and complete the looks
    • Ensuring all products are maintained and merchandised across 3 storefronts AU & US & UK
    • Ensuring all website product merchandising aligns with the marketing calendar to increase sales, conversion and brand aesthetic
    • Reviewing content and descriptions across the site to ensure White Fox is consistent in its brand messaging across all platforms 
    • Working closely with buyers to manage the process between the arrivals of stock to warehouse and online publication and merchandising
    • Coordinating with the buyers and design team regarding sample organisation
    • Creating new categories on the website and populating current collections with styles
    • Collaborating closely with the e-commerce team and website developers to maintain and enhance our AU, UK & US websites
    • Any eCommerce platform experience is desirable but not essential
    • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Marketing (or similar) is desirable but not essential
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • A willingness and ability to learn fast and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously
