Digital Assistant

As a Digital Assistant at White Fox, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that support our eCommerce and CRM teams. You’ll build, create, and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, manage product uploads and descriptions, and ensure our storefronts (AU, UK, and US) are consistently merchandised. Additionally, you will collaborate with buyers to manage stock processes, work on website enhancements, and maintain cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.

While a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Digital Marketing is desirable, it’s not a deal-breaker. What truly matters is your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Experience with eCommerce platforms is also a plus, but if you have the right attitude and skills, we encourage you to apply!

Prior eCommerce experience is not strictly necessary for the Digital Assistant position at White Fox, though it is desirable. The role primarily values your ability to learn quickly, your attention to detail, and strong communication.
