Job Description:Fulfillment AssistantResponsibilities of this job include efficiently ordering, replenishing, and merchandising prepared foods products. Also, it involves executing regional promotions and ensuring inventory control. In addition, this role requires organizing promotional displays in accordance with OTS standards. Providing courteous and friendly service, maintaining a positive image, and following Standard Operating Procedures are all expected. Moreover, one must be available to perform other duties as required. Upholding core values, supporting store initiatives, and following health and safety regulations are also necessary.Responsibilities:• Obtains and restocks culinary necessities through proper procurement techniques.• Keeps a watchful eye on open PO and credit reports, executing necessary actions precisely and promptly.• A control specialist must be able to balance turn goals with the need to keep inventory fresh and avoid spoilage.• Provides accurate information on spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets to ensure regulatory compliance.• Offers backup for counter service and cooking assignments on schedule or at any required time.• Discusses buying requirements and troubles with the Kitchen Manager/Chef and Team Leader to ensure smooth operation.• Nurtures productive relationships with third-party vendors.• Cooperates with the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader(s) to evaluate the recipe's cost.• Manages the special order process for customers based abroad.• Provides support to leaders for inventory control.• One of the main priorities for maintaining financial success is to meet and exceed targets for both purchasing and sales.• Arrives at the workplace promptly, appropriately attired, groomed, and ready to commence work;
