What We’re Looking For:

  • Learning & Development: Expertise in designing and implementing scalable learning programs that align with both individual growth and business objectives.

  • Payroll & Operations: Deep understanding of payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across diverse teams.

  • Organisational Design & Workforce Planning: Experience in shaping organizational structures, aligning teams with business strategies, and optimizing workforce planning to meet future needs.

  • People Analytics: Strong knowledge of using people data to guide decision-making, monitor performance, and influence organisational strategies.

  • HRIS, Tooling and Automation: Proficiency in selecting, implementing, and optimising HR technology and HRIS systems to enhance HR operations and data-driven decision-making.

  • Culture & Values: Ability to build and nurture a thriving organisational culture, deeply aligned with company values and employee engagement.

  • Management Training: Experience in creating and delivering training for managers to strengthen leadership skills, foster collaboration, and drive team performance.

  • Leadership Coaching: Skilled in coaching senior leaders to navigate change, build high-performing teams, and enhance leadership effectiveness.

  • Performance Management: Proven experience in developing performance management frameworks that ensure clear expectations, feedback, and continuous growth for employees.

  • Employee Relations: Expertise in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
