WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager II to join our dynamic team located in Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
This opportunity offers a salary range of $62,000-$67,000 per year, based on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and occasional after hours as needed.
