About the role:

We are seeking a talented full-time remote Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Native Advertising to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels. Experience in programmatic advertising is a bonus. Your role will involve leveraging native advertising platforms to ensure efficient and effective reach to the target audience. Platforms include Taboola, Outbrain, and others.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive native advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.

  • Utilize data insights to identify and segment target audiences across all relevant platforms.

Campaign Execution:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on native advertising platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain.

  • Utilize programmatic advertising as needed to efficiently reach specific audience segments.

Optimization:

  • Monitor real-time campaign performance across all platforms.

  • Implement data-driven adjustments and A/B testing to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyze cross-platform data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Audience Targeting:

  • Leverage first-party, second-party, and third-party data for precise audience targeting on all platforms.

  • Implement strategies like retargeting, lookalike audiences, and contextual targeting to expand reach and engagement.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and platforms.

  • Ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving or exceeding KPIs.

Technology and Tools:

  • Stay updated on the latest native advertising technologies and industry trends.

  • Utilize a variety of tools including ad servers, native advertising platforms, and analytics platforms.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content suitable for different platforms.

  • Coordinate with media buyers and data analysts to align on campaign goals and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media marketing, with a strong focus on Native Advertising.

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data from various platforms to optimize campaign performance..

  • In-depth knowledge of native and programmatic platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.).

  • Experience with ad serving technologies, pixel implementation, and tracking mechanisms.

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).

  • Attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies and data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.

  • Adaptability to stay current with evolving industry trends.
