Director of Content Marketing

What you’ll do: 

Content Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to educate, engage, and convert enterprise B2B audiences.

  • Align product and customer storytelling with key business strategies, emphasizing how Iodine’s solutions drive measurable success.

  • Establish benchmarks and KPIs to measure content performance and continuously refine the strategy.

Content Creation & Optimization:

  • Create and edit high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, infographics, videos, and more.

  • Optimize content for SEO and track its performance using analytics tools, ensuring it drives meaningful engagement.

  • Manage the end-to-end production process with internal team members, contractors, and external vendors. Partner with the Demand Generation & Revenue Operations teams to distribute content. 

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage Iodine’s social media presence to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across platforms. Create tracking mechanisms and goals. 

  • Craft posts and campaigns that reflect thought leadership, customer success, and market innovation.

Collaboration & Integration:

  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure content aligns with customer needs and market trends.

  • Partner with the broader marketing team to integrate content into demand-generation campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and sales enablement efforts.

Thought Leadership & Industry Recognition:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for thought leadership to position Iodine as an industry leader.

  • Develop and review content for speaking engagements, press releases, bylined articles, and awards submissions to enhance brand recognition.

Content Calendar Management:

  • Maintain and execute a content calendar to ensure a steady cadence of impactful content that aligns with marketing and organizational goals.

What we’d love to see:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and storytelling within a B2B environment, preferably SaaS or technology.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with diverse enterprise audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy and management across key platforms.

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for creating impactful content that drives business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role, with at least 5 years in healthcare or healthtech.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by clinicians, administrators, and health systems.

  • Established portfolio showcasing diverse content formats, including customer success stories, thought leadership, and digital campaigns.
