The Role:

As Iterable’s Workplace Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our San Francisco and New York offices, supporting NY remotely from SF. As a team, we oversee the daily operations of Iterable’s physical offices, and as a Workplace Specialist, you will ensure Iterable’s SF and NY employees come to work each day in productive and collaborative workplaces. In addition, we will work together to promote engagement in our company culture.

Position Details:

San Francisco

Be a leader and the “face of the office” by engaging with guests, visitors, and employees at all levels of the organization, while keeping the reception area, conference rooms, and office tidy, safe, and welcoming
Handle and manage all incoming/outgoing mail & deliveries; gather and sort daily mail

San Francisco and New York

Ensure employees come to work each day in a productive and welcoming workplace
Coordinate and communicate with building management and vendors to ensure efficient operation of the building, appliances, equipment, etc.
Manage vendor quality and address service concerns when needed
Identify and recommend new vendor relationships when necessary
Coordinate office and building access for employees, vendors, deliveries, and visitors
Manage emergency response and policies
Project manage facility and workplace projects, including office build-outs, future office moves, etc.
Oversee desk management, including seating plans and space planning, while maintaining data accuracy of internal tools and systems
Serve as a champion of in-office workplace culture and plan quarterly office events
Team onsite coordination
Office improvement projects and work to create an inclusive environment for all employees
Assist with office-wide and company-wide communications via Slack and email
Place orders for office supplies and monitor current inventory
Answer support tickets through our Workplace ticketing system
Assist with ad-hoc projects from other departments as needed

Requirements:

Bi-annual travel to our NYC office may be required

We’re rethinking traditional workplace planning and looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, and happiness whether it’s in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).

The annual base salary range for this position is $69,300 - $105,000. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included.
