The HR Director is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and implementing strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This leadership role involves shaping the company’s workforce culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and training.
