Director, Demand Generation

You will be responsible for identifying, activating, and monitoring opportunities to improve our website conversion rates and grow our sales pipeline. You will be focused on improving core KPIs, tracking trends and hitting target goals. You will actively seek ways to reduce friction in the marketing funnel and double-down on what is proven to work. You know how users make buying decisions and how to optimize web user flows to generate desired actions. You will be analytical, data-driven and have held previous demand generation positions.What you will do:• Develop data-driven recommendations across digital channels to drive awareness, pipeline growth and revenue for Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg Tax and Bloomberg Government products.• Play a critical role in shaping a powerful demand generation strategy across marketing departments.• Lead tactical and strategic updates to improve website conversion rate, working across teams to prioritize changes with the greatest potential impact.• Recommend, manage and measure short- and long-term projects that drive MQL generation and demand for our products with a focus on website conversions.• Present campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.• Lead weekly demand meetings to review KPIs and identify outliers and improvement opportunities.• Partner across teams to implement full-funnel strategies optimized for the conversion funnel.You need to have:• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing roles with 2-4 years specifically focused on demand generation within B2B, tech, or e-commerce space.• Proven experience in owning and executing demand generation strategies for web channels.• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing lead qualification and nurture process and how to measure and optimize each step.• Knowledge of web analytics, business intelligence tools, and attribution models to accurately measure success.• Able to derive insightful, actionable insights from data and clearly communicate impact and opportunity to a range of stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Bloomberg Industry Group IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and fully subscribes to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity.
