Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects in the fintech and software development sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial technology, software development lifecycles, and project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering scalable, innovative solutions that align with business objectives, particularly in payment systems and cloud infrastructure.

1. Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliverables.

2. Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

• Address challenges and implement solutions in real-time to maintain project alignment.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.

• Provide regular, comprehensive project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

4. Process Improvement:
