The role. . .
The Growth team is seeking a contractor to bolster sales operations, contracting processes, and HubSpot CRM administration. This pivotal role will ensure operational continuity during a critical growth season, bridging coverage gaps and directly supporting the team's goal of expanding Pearl’s provider network. This position will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows, executing contracts, and optimizing CRM functions to maximize deal velocity and overall team performance. To be successful in this role, you will:
Ensure all processes and information needed for provider roster submission to CMS in early September are being collected and documented throughout the sales cycle across the entire sales org
Facilitate documentation of deal terms by the sales team and manage routing this data into centralized databases, ultimately to internal legal and financial teams and their systems
Manage contract drafting, redlining, and execution, ensuring smooth execution and careful documentation cross-functionally.
Oversee Ironclad workflow build-out, and maintenance.
Manage Growth Season contracting, redlining, and project management.
Support all CRM use for efficient Deal team communications, accurate pipeline reporting, and maximize deal velocity.
Ensure CRM accuracy, hygiene and compliance across the sales team.
Support chase list targeting using refreshed CMS and internal datasets.
Design and oversee CRM Playbooks to ensure key XFN processes are followed, such as close-won handoff to Customer Success (CS).
Who you are. . .
4-7 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or other relevant field
Prior experience in healthcare and/or medicare is a plus
Prior experience with legal contracting required.
Prior experience with Hubspot and Ironclad strongly preferred.
Excellent and proactive communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work quickly and change priorities gracefully
Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to project manage initiatives from beginning to end
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range Pearl Health expects to pay for this position is between $50-90 per hour. Where a given candidate falls within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant skills, experience and location, labor market conditions and participation, if any, in other compensation arrangements.
