Abacus Technology is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to assist in the day-to-day recruiting and hiring of technical, managerial, analytical, and administrative support staff. This is a full-time position supporting multiple projects throughout the United States and overseas.
2+ years experience in technical sourcing or recruiting. Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired. Experience with sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of IT, project management, and engineering positions across civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agency contracts. Experience using an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS or something similar. In-depth knowledge of the common terms and acronyms, technologies, and processes used by government agencies. Great attitude and willingness to grow and develop. Must be customer service oriented and work to understand the needs of our hiring managers as they work to grow and develop their programs. Familiarity with MS Office. May require some travel. Must be a US citizen.
