You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Project Management:+ Define project scope, goals, and timelines.+ Develop detailed project plans and track progress.+ Identify and mitigate risks.+ Manage project budgets and resources.Technical Leadership:+ Understand complex hardware systems and technologies.+ Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements.+ Oversee the design, development, and testing of hardware products.+ Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration:+ Work closely with teams across different functions, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain.+ Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.+ Build strong relationships with stakeholders.Problem-Solving:+ Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.+ Develop creative solutions to complex problems.+ Make data-driven decisions.Communication:+ Effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.+ Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.+ Facilitate meetings and workshops.• Bay Area is preferred location.Basic Qualification:+ Minimum 6 years of experience in technical program management.+ Strong technical background in hardware engineering, including experience with hardware design, testing, and manufacturing processes.+ Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.+ Experience with project management tools e.g., Jira, Asana .+ Knowledge of industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE).Preferred Qualification:+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree.+ Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.+ Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.+ Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).+ Experience with Agile methodologies.+ Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
