Are you ready to drive seamless customer integration, enhance operational efficiency, and support the rapid growth of our sales operations? As the Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and driving key sales initiatives and growth in a fast-paced environment. This role, based in Vienna, will focus on a client portfolio mainly in Austria & Switzerland.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving top-line revenue, loyalty attachment and market share to meet & exceed goals covering transient & groups business from a designated account portfolio within the region assigned. Making sure that Accor programs such as ALL meeting planner, ALL Business Voyageur and other product are introduced to the clients.
The Key Account manager is expected to maintain close contact with Customers and Hotels and act as the central point of contact between Accor and the assigned accounts. In doing so, the Account Manager will be expected to maintain up-to-date Account Plans with annual strategies and goals for each client to drive revenue and loyalty share.
Moreover, the Key Account Manager is responsible for providing coaching, advice and feedback to hotels on the designated account portfolio on a regular basis. Working in collaboration with colleagues across the Global Sales community is key to achieve those objectives.
The CRM tool in place (Salesforce) is the main working tool for the key account manager to track all activities, opportunities and document regular business review meetings with clients. Handling direct group inquiries, client queries, and rates inquiries is also a key task for this role.
Actively participate in industry bodies& associations such as ABTA (Austrian Business Travel Association) and ASTM (Association of Swiss Travel Management) with the aim of progressing Accor’s standing within the industry and to forge partnerships with key contacts that can be leveraged to secure business opportunities for our hotels.
Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Direct Manager.

We seek someone with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management, alongside five years of experience in the hotel industry, particularly in sales and marketing.
