About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our growth marketing team at NewtonX. As an Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth for our key accounts through expansion of current customers as well as new logo acquisition. You will work closely with the Strategic Accounts sales team to identify target accounts and create customized marketing programs that resonate with each account's unique needs and challenges.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives
  • Develop customized marketing programs for each target account that include a mix of tactics such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid media, landing pages, webinars, events, and more
  • Measure the effectiveness of each marketing program and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create compelling and relevant content that aligns with each account's pain points and interests
  • Collaborate with BDR team to create customized nurture sequences for outbound efforts across different roles and industries
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at each target account, including decision-makers and influencers, to drive engagement and build brand awareness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business impact and timelines
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, BDR, demand generation, and PMM to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in account-based marketing and share insights with the broader marketing team


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of ABM platforms (Demandbase), marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and other sales and marketing technology tools
  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful account-based marketing programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at target accounts
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Passion for marketing and a drive to continuously learn and improve
