You’ll leverage your skills to engage potential customers, retain existing customers, and enhance our market position.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leadsManage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and LinkedInManage the email marketing calendar, including the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaignsExperiment and execute on new channel strategies (webinars, organic social, and digital and event sponsorships)Develop and manage detailed reporting for traffic, pipeline, revenue, spend, and ROIProvide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive data analysis and performance metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channelsManage relationships with related vendors/agencies (digital, social, marketing automation), and review/evaluate agency performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvementWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of demand gen and/or digital marketing experience at a growing B2B SaaS startupExtensive experience in email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digitalHighly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisionsExperience working with marketing analytics tools and platformsEnthusiasm for experimentation and operating in a lean and scrappy manner as we scale our businessFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needsPassion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developmentsExperience working with startups and/or VCs a plusFor our employees, located in the USA, we aim to pay at or above the market rate of US-based tech hubs like San Francisco or NYC. For international roles, we aim to pay top of market for your country. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $135,000-$175,000, plus a competitive equity package.
