Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced B2B Graphic Designer to create visually appealing, engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of business-to-business marketing materials. The designer will be responsible for crafting a Product Capabilities Catalog and designing a Capabilities Deck that communicates their offerings effectively to clients and prospects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative background and expertise in designing for business audiences.

Responsibilities:

Product Capabilities Catalog Creation:

  • Design and develop a comprehensive product catalog that clearly communicates the features, benefits, and applications of their products.
  • Work closely with the product and sales teams to gather necessary information and translate technical details into visually appealing, easy-to-understand designs.
  • Ensure that the catalog aligns with their brand guidelines and effectively communicates their value proposition to clients.

Capabilities Deck Design:

  • Create an impactful, visually engaging capabilities presentation deck for business audiences.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand the key messaging and create a presentation that highlights their company’s expertise, products and services.
  • Ensure the deck is consistent with their branding and tailored for client presentations, investor meetings and other business purposes.

B2B Marketing Materials:

  • Design a variety of collateral including brochures, one-pagers, email templates, white papers, case studies and other assets that support B2B marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to produce cohesive designs that align with their overall business strategy.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and reinforce brand identity across all design work.
  • Ensure all visual materials are aligned with company guidelines and meet high standards of creativity and professionalism.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to ensure all materials meet the business’s objectives.
  • Provide design input on website pages, landing pages and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on B2B marketing or product design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
