Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Our Community: Be the go-to person for members, ensuring they feel supported and satisfied with their experiences. Assist them with their accounts and introduce them to additional products and services.
  • Drive Sales Conversations: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with enthusiasm, moving leads from initial contact to successful close. Your sales skills will ensure each interaction is a positive one.
  • Master Our Tools: Seamlessly use platforms for call tracking and CRM for management. Log, organize, and follow up on each lead with precision.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, anticipate their needs, and respond to questions with clarity. Maintain open, transparent communication to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze and Report: Share insights and identify trends to refine our processes. Contribute to the team’s ability to grow efficiently and minimize growing pains.



  • Excellent English communication skills (Must have)
  • 4+ years of experience in account management
  • 3+ years of experience in sales.
