Scope of the role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision of our SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, you will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable product strategies, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring timely execution. This high-impact role will involve aligning stakeholders, planning efficiently, and delivering a competitive and innovative platform that drives business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to understand and prioritize the vision and strategic objectives for the platform.
  • Partner with the CTO to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, encompassing feature releases, bug fixes, and timelines.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for new features, updates, and improvements.
  • Anticipate potential challenges, identify gaps, and proactively prioritize tasks to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Work with development teams to manage the backlog, plan sprints, and track progress toward key milestones.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between teams and stakeholders, providing updates on timelines and priorities.
  • Conduct market research to identify user needs, trends, and competitive offerings to ensure the platform remains innovative and relevant.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Support QA and testing processes to ensure high-quality feature launches and user satisfaction.
  • C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
  • 3+ Years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. . (Must Have)
  • Proficient in testing APIs using tools like Postman or Insomnia.
  • Experienced in defining and delivering product roadmaps across cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in creating both technical and non-technical specifications.
  • Familiar with agile methodologies and user story creation.
  • Familiarity with telehealth, healthcare technology, or related industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the following is preferred:
    • Infra – AWS: ECS/ RDS
    • Front End – NuxtJS w/ Nitro/ Vue
    • Back End – NodeJS/ Express
