Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Customer-Centric Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Jira Align that prioritizes the needs of enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key enterprise stakeholders, including customers, sales, customer success, and support teams, to gather insights and understand the unique challenges and requirements of enterprise users.

  • Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with customer feedback, market trends, and business goals, prioritizing features that enhance the enterprise customer experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of the product development process, from concept to launch, while maintaining a focus on enterprise user experience.

  • Customer Feedback Loop: Establish and manage a feedback loop with enterprise customers to continuously gather insights and improve the product, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact, using data to drive informed product decisions and improvements.

  • Enterprise Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for enterprise customers within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard in all product-related decisions and that their needs are prioritized in the product development process.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate product value to enterprise customers and drive adoption.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in product delivery and usage, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and technologies that enhance the enterprise customer experience.

Qualifications

Your background

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Management with 0-1 products in software as a service domain with a focus on enterprise customers.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with engineering, APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with software engineering, DevOps, or IT strategy and planning markets.

  • Product Development: Experience in Agile, Software Development, DevOps, or enterprise portfolio management.

It's great but not required if you have:

  • Education: BE/BS/BA with a focus on technology.

  • Technical Background: Experience as a software engineer, in platform engineering or developing internal tools for developers.

  • Enterprise Experience: Experience in enterprise-focused areas (B2B).
