Do you want to lead a new pricing and packaging function with massive impact for a global SaaS platform? As our Pricing and Packaging Director, you’ll define, develop, and execute strategies that drive growth for the ActiveCampaign platform. You’ll collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, ensure competitive positioning, and navigate key trade-offs with a structured, analytical approach. We’re looking for an authentic, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings proven expertise in SaaS pricing and packaging. This position will report to the VP of Product Marketing.

In this role, you'll dive deep into defining, developing, and executing strategies that will drive growth and ensure that our pricing structures resonate with our customers. You'll team up with executive leadership and a variety of cross-functional teams to influence revenue growth while maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Imagine a day where you're designing innovative pricing strategies based on real market insights, analyzing the competitive landscape, and optimizing product packaging to attract more customers! Your collaboration with teams in Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Marketing will be vital as you advocate for pricing strategies that align with our product roadmap. You’ll also support these teams by creating engaging messaging that highlights our products' value, monitor pricing performance, and chair our Pricing Committee to enforce consistent pricing practices. With a background of more than five years in B2B SaaS pricing and packaging and over ten years in marketing or related fields, your strategic thinking and communication skills will be crucial in navigating this fast-paced environment.
