Travel Coordinator

Working at The Adaptavist Group

The Adaptavist Group is a global family of companies with a common goal. We combine the best of teamwork, technology, and processes, helping all kinds of businesses be better today and tomorrow.

We make change happen. From anywhere.

Our flexible, remote-first way of working means that work can fit around your life rather than your life fitting around work.

About the role

Are you a highly organised, fast-paced problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team, managing all work-related travel arrangements for 500+ employees across the company.

Alongside travel coordination, you'll play a key role in managing invoices, cross-checking data, and keeping financial trackers up to date — so attention to detail and strong numeracy skills are essential.

No two days will look the same — some will be hectic, others quieter — but we're looking for someone who is always one step ahead, using quieter moments to streamline processes and keep everything running like clockwork.

If you're ready to be part of a fast-moving team where your work directly contributes to the company's success, we'd love to hear from you!
