Role: Corporate RecruiterLocation: Washington, DC; 5 Days In Office Work SchedulePay Rate: $26-31/HourOur client is in search of a Corporate Office Recruiter to join their fast-paced HR Team.Job Responsibilities:• Conduct competency-based interviews, assess candidates, lead debriefs with hiring managers, mentor, and guide managers through hiring decisions.• Develop candidate networks and candidate pipelines in key areas across the organization, developing relationships and tapping industry sources to develop talent pools.• Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions; partnering with leaders and developing /executing strategy, screen/interview/evaluate, candidates, perform reference checks, and facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and on-boarding.• Utilize Applicant Tracking System as well as provide support as needed to hiring managersRequirements:• Experience in – 1-3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally in a non-profit or fast paced, matrixed environment• Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience.• Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.• Proficient in – Must have ATS, Excel, and Outlook• Soft Skills – reliable, responsible, friendly, team-player• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).• Ability to take initiative, make decisions, multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.• Education – Bachelors Degree preferred but not requiredThis Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
