  • Identificazione e sviluppo di partnership strategiche: definire la visione e la strategia per le partnership a lungo termine, identificando le aree di sinergia con partner strategici che possano favorire la crescita del brand e l'espansione nel mercato; 

  • Negoziazione e gestione degli accordi: negoziare le condizioni contrattuali con i partner, inclusi i termini di collaborazione, compensazioni, scadenze e obiettivi, coordinandosi con l’area legal e finance;

  • Gestione delle relazioni con i partner: costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i partner chiave, garantendo un costante supporto. Gestire la comunicazione e il coordinamento continuo con i partner per ottimizzare le opportunità di crescita reciproca;

  • Espansione delle opportunità globali: identificare e negoziare nuove partnership con aziende e organizzazioni internazionali, espandendo la portata dell'azienda su mercati nuovi o non ancora esplorati;

  • Coordinamento di campagne di Co-Marketing: pianificare e coordinare campagne di marketing congiunte, sia online che offline, con partner aziendali. Lavorare insieme ai team di prodotto, marketing digitale, comunicazione e vendite per sviluppare e lanciare iniziative comuni;

  • Monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle performance: Monitorare costantemente l'efficacia delle partnership e delle campagne correlate, analizzando i risultati (es. KPI di acquisizione, ROI, brand awareness) ottimizzando le strategie in corso. Produrre report dettagliati sull'andamento delle collaborazioni e suggerire miglioramenti;

  • Gestione del budget delle partnership: definire e gestire il budget assegnato per le attività di partnership marketing, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati, rispettando i vincoli economici e massimizzando il ritorno sugli investimenti;

  • Ricerca e analisi di mercato:  Monitorare le tendenze del mercato, le attività dei competitor e le opportunità emergenti per individuare nuovi partner strategici. Analizzare e mappare i mercati, sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, per espandere la nostra rete e incrementare la visibilità del brand.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione o discipline affini;

  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende nel settore digital;

  • Esperienza o desiderio di unirsi ad un gruppo in rapida evoluzione e in fase scaling;

  • Ampia conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente come anche in team;

  • Eccellenti competenze organizzative e di time management;

  • Mindset analitico ma allo stesso tempo creativo e solution-oriented.

  • Precedente esperienza in large-scale project management;

  • Precedente esperienza all’estero;
