We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Project Specialist to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD.

This position is expected to begin immediately.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate field projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for field operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Analyze project data, prepare reports, and identify potential risks for stakeholders.
• Manage resources, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to meet project objectives and continuously improve processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS plus no years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience in project coordination and management.
• Knowledge of records management systems and practices.
• Proficiency with InDesign and Photoshop.
• 3 year minimum experience with MasterSpec editing.

• Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.
• This position requires a hybrid work schedule which includes in-office work in Hunt Valley, MD. The selected candidate must be available to work in Hunt Valley, MD on a scheduled basis.
