Director of Product, Trust & Safety
Affirm is seeking a Director of Product for Trust & Safety to shape the visionary direction for safeguarding and nurturing a cutting-edge fintech marketplace.
Skills
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Proficiency in trust and safety, fraud, identity or payments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in scaling and fostering teams
- Ability to balance user insight with analytical rigor
- Drive to question assumptions and validate hypotheses
Responsibilities
- Own the Identity, Authentication, Security, Fraud, and Membership roadmaps
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set long term objectives and KPIs
- Partner with other product and engineering teams to scale platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
- Craft features and platforms to enhance customer interaction
