Salesforce Administrator - job 1 of 2

As a Salesforce Administrator at AHEAD, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration and support of our customized Salesforce platform. This includes managing user requests, executing small configuration projects, and documenting any changes within the Salesforce environment. You'll need to demonstrate excellent service and timely delivery of project assignments while maintaining expert technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.

AHEAD is looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Technical Consultant. You should possess a current Salesforce Admin Certification or be able to obtain it within six months of hire. Additionally, familiarity with Sales and Service functions within Salesforce is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

A Salesforce Administrator at AHEAD should have an excellent understanding of Salesforce’s Sales and Service Clouds. Familiarity with development tools such as VSCode, SFDX, and version control tools like GitHub are important for daily tasks. Experience with basic to advanced tasks within Salesforce—like configuring fields, objects, and layouts—is also a requirement.
