AHRC NYC is looking to hire an Employment Skills Coordinator/Direct Support Professional (ESC/DSP) for their Day Program in Brooklyn.
The ESC/DSP plays a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive training, evaluations, and counseling. This position focuses on facilitating skill development and enhancing job readiness for participants in both job sites and community settings. The expected outcomes for the ESC/DSP include enhancing participant employability through skill acquisition and effective work behaviors, as well as supporting successful job placements and long-term career growth.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (hours may vary)
Salary: $35,000 per year or $37,000 per year if position requires driving.
PLEASE NOTE: This role will be performed out in the Community for the majority of the day.
