Human Rescources Manager - Europe
Airspace is a tech-enabled freight forwarder redefining critical package delivery. We are looking for a skilled HR Manager for our European headquarter to lead HR functions and enhance employee experience.
Skills
- Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Strong project management
- High proficiency with HR systems
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a scalable HR function for European and APAC Operations
- Set standards for employee regulations, compliance, and payroll
- Drive full cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers
- Maintain systems for proper business functions
- Manage requirements of ISO 14001
Education
- BA/BS degree in Human Resource Management or related field
