The Instructor will provide educational support to the Faculty, Staff, and Student Development (FSSD) program at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC). This position involves developing and delivering curriculum that meets college-level instructional standards, supporting active-duty and reserve service members from all military branches. The Instructor will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in curriculum development, employing advanced educational methodologies and technologies to enhance student learning outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our Faculty, Staff, and Student Development program as you develop and deliver top-notch curriculum that meets rigorous college-level standards. You’ll get to work closely with active-duty and reserve service members from all branches of the military, making a significant impact on their educational journeys. As a subject matter expert in curriculum development, you’ll utilize advanced education methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the FSSD supervisor to tackle curriculum challenges, conducting evaluations, and ensuring that materials are accurate and current. With a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 a year, you’ll also have the chance to provide invaluable guidance to fellow instructors on innovative teaching approaches while staying updated on the latest educational technology trends.
