Junior / mid tenure Revenue Effectiveness

📝 Context of the Role

The Business Strategy & Operations community conducts critical strategic, data and operational projects. There are four main components to the work the community does : 

  • Sales strategy and planning (incl. strat plan, target setting, territory design)

  • Sales performance monitoring and analysis (incl. reporting, data model)

  • Sales effectiveness, tools and processes (incl. the tech stack and its usage)

  • Sales organization and capability building

Across all these areas we work very closely with the Sales and Account Management teams.

The scope of the role is within the sales effectiveness area and scope is Global (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada)

🕵️ Goals & missions

  • The Sales Effectiveness team is responsible for the sales team efficiency and therefore a key aspect of the company P&L: our customer acquisition cost 

  • They work across our sales organization (Account Executives, BDR, Account Management, Customer Success Manager) to identify opportunities to improve our sales approach

The role includes:

  • Spending significant time on the field to identify gaps in our sales process

  • Designing / enhancing existing processes by removing steps, increasing automations

  • Identifying new tools or technologies to answer challenges, test validate and implement them

  • Ensure proper change management

→ You will mostly leverage SQL, AI, CRM administration, low code tools to deliver those initaitives.

Example of initiatives in our 2025 roadmap :

  • Automate the assessment of each opportunity based on AI and meetings transcripts

  • Mass run analysis (AI based) on our customer portfolio based on their consumption data

  • Equip KAM with a tool to optimize their offer building

Must have 

  • Being hands-on !! 

  • Being comfortable with change management (you’ll need to shadow, train, measure, make things adopted and iterate)

  • Strong SQL knowledge  - proven deployed projects

  • Power user of some low code tools (Zapier, Make, Salesforce screenflows or equivalent)

  • Deep data rigor

  • Passion for getting close to the business and Sales team and understanding the operational details of their work

  • High interest in new technologies as gen AI (you’ll need to prompt and build tools using this technology). Being comfortable with innovation & technology

  • Great written and oral structure and communication 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in English 

Nice to have 

  • Spanish knowledge

  • Existing experience in the insurance industry

  • Existing experience with bottom of funnel topics and key account management

  • Proven experience leveraging gen AI (prompts, build)
