Inflight Services Coordinator
Alaska Airlines is seeking an Inflight Services Coordinator to join our Inflight Services team! The Inflight Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of Alaska Airlines’ inflight services, including leading the onboarding process for new flight attendants and developing comprehensive onboarding programs. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of Alaska Airlines’ inflight services.
Lead the onboarding process for new flight attendants.
Develop comprehensive onboarding programs.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Keep organized records of new flight attendants.
Monitor and ensure quality of customer service.
Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Provide guidance and support to new flight attendants.
