  • Developing, training and motivating your team members to the highest quality and standard.
  • Using initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with other Sections, at both a strategic and operational level.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management preferable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Display an adept understanding of warehousing practices.
  • Previous experience in managing teams.
  • Details orientated, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Flexible, able to work a rotating 5 out of 7 days roster.
  • Hands-on, willing to go the extra mile in a fast-paced team environment.
