We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Microsoft team supporting agencies and advertisers in Bratislava.


What You'll Do
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Partner with Client Partners to pitch to and onboard digital performance agencies and direct advertisers, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Ads.
  • Campaign Setup and Optimisation: Assist clients with campaign setup, optimisation, and budget planning to help achieve their advertising goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Microsoft Advertising team and internal teams to resolve technical and ad policy issues, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Operational Management: Handle contractual setup, invoicing, and Microsoft Ads account setup to ensure all processes are accurate and timely for each client.


What You Need For This Role
  • In-depth experience working at digital performance agencies.
  • Experience in running campaigns on Microsoft/Bing Ads or Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics (experience with GTM is a plus).
  • Structured and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (French language is a plus).
