Job Description

The NIQ Brand and Media team is looking for a new senior member within the team.

This is a high-profile role where you need to demonstrate that you can lead important client accounts - demonstrating experience designing and conducting research and delivering strategic story led presentations across a range of industry sectors, driving real actionable insight for our client business. This will require the Client Success Director to have strong account handling and client servicing skills in tandem with experience in building programs and outputs to address key business questions.

The Client Success Director should have in-depth experience leading global and local adhoc brand studies with a clear understanding and point of view of how brands grow.

Alongside this there is an expectation you will help support & drive new business, working with the commercial teams

Experience and competencies required:

Experience with designing, managing and delivering large-scale brand programs - ad hoc or continuous

Proven track record of delivering to large global clients as well as big domestic players

POV on how to translate insight into strategic and meaningful action in today's world

A strong understanding of how media and brand interact, and how to pull out insights on campaign effectiveness

Ability to engage with C-Suite level stakeholders and translate survey findings into something they can use - demonstrating the value of the working with NIQ

Ability to actively lead the NIQ team in any cross agency work i.e Brand, Media and Creative agency collaboration events

A solid understanding of the modern media landscape

Commercially minded – shows an understanding of how the research will be used by the client to meet business goals

Business development skills, including understanding/translating client needs, designing approaches and identifying growth opportunities by collaborating with commercial teams across the business.

Important to the role is the ability to connect data assets to provide clients with a holistic solution to answer their business needs (POS, Digital and Traditional Research)

Thought leadership – Evidence of a clear POV to support/generate thought leadership and content creation. Experience presenting at events, conferences or via webinars would be ideal.

The main skill set we are looking for is:

An ability to present to a range of client audiences including C Suite

Must enjoy and have a passion for finding the real story and themes that are worthy of further investigation (working in collaboration and guiding project team members)

Interest in working across multiple sectors such as Telco, Tech and Durables, FMCG, Retail

Solid experience in both B2B and Consumer research

Being a team player and positive role model is important - coaching and supporting to develop the team's skills further promoting a culture of development

Confidence – being able to put forward a point of view or debate a point and provide proof or evidence to support that view
