This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students eager to dive into the world of recruitment and campus engagement! As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in driving our campus recruitment efforts. Your mission will be to build a robust pipeline of quality candidates from various colleges and universities for our internship and entry-level positions. You'll do this by researching schools to expand ALKU’s footprint, establishing new relationships with college personnel, and nurturing existing partnerships. Prospecting candidates will become your forte as you help us fill open positions and enhance ALKU's brand on campus. Your responsibilities will include conducting research on potential new schools, planning and participating in on-campus events, collaborating with other interns to generate leads, promoting our Sales Internship Program through calls, and engaging in LinkedIn Recruiter outreach to attract prospective applicants. You'll also work closely with our College Relationship Development and Internal Recruiting Teams on various exciting projects.
