Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and discretion. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
Assist with invoice processing and data entry
Support internal teams with administrative tasks and project coordination
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
