Messa Sync is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and providing essential support to senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
- Support office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
