We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of corporate and private events, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute events from conception to completion

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event success

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

  • Conduct site visits, prepare floor plans, and oversee event setup

  • Handle permits, insurance, and compliance with local regulations

  • Monitor event progress and resolve issues in real time

  • Prepare post-event evaluations and reports
