About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a welcoming and organized Front Desk Representative to serve as the face of our Raleigh office. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting visitors, and providing general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Administrative Support: Handle clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
  • Visitor Management: Ensure visitor logs and security procedures are followed.
