The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our products and services. Job: On site - Birmingham, AL

Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
