The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their customer service skills and grow within the company.

Job: On site - Birmingham, AL

Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
  • Track and document customer interactions and feedback for quality improvement.
