Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and account information.

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the customer management system.

- Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills in English.
