Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our marketing efforts and supporting our sales initiatives. You will work closely with our team to implement effective marketing campaigns, track sales performance, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and properties.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on client inquiries.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and sales performance.
  • Support client relationship management efforts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
