Software Development Engineer in Test (QA Automation) - Search Lane

AlphaSense, a market intelligence company, seeks a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure product quality through automated testing and collaboration with development teams.

Skills

Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, JavaScript)
Expertise in automated testing tools
Experience with CI/CD tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
Deep understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues
Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks
Enable engineers to ship code reliably with best QA practices
Continuously streamline testing processes and tools
Perform manual testing as needed
Analyze test results for quality improvement
Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality best practices

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
