Altarum’s Community Health Practice Area is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support multiple projects aimed at improving population health with a focus on addressing equity, disparities, and populations disenfranchised by the health care system. This role will support the Food and Nutrition team, with opportunities to support projects in other Community Health focal areas of maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and behavioral health. The data analyst role supports activities related to formative research, program evaluation and program assessments, and plays a key role in conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis and translating findings into plain language for dissemination through a range of communication vehicles.
You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge of public health programs, evaluation methods, quantitative and qualitative data collection, data analysis, and the social determinants of health to inform equitable public health and health services solutions.
