The Public Health Systems VP is mission-driven and brings client service/account management expertise in the data modernization and interoperability domains. The VP works to broaden the business unit’s capabilities, offerings, and client base, and has the executive presence and gravitas to offer the most senior level thought leadership and team management, at scale. The VP thinks rigorously about Altarum’s business needs and new, practical, and enduring solutions.
Having an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build partnerships both internally and externally will lead to breakthrough results, particularly as the organization embarks on enterprise-wide change initiatives. The VP has a strong sense of team, and the required balance and lack of ‘ego’ to lead and manage in a team-oriented environment. The VP forges strong working relationships with the enterprise’s Senior Management Group, support function leadership, and the business unit leadership and team more widely.
The VP has significant exposure to Altarum’s C-suite and board, and must have strong leadership, presentation, and strategic influencing skills. Opportunities abound to work with the wider enterprise to create additional value.
