Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketing and Direct Response Consultant you are data driven and will lead our marketing efforts. This role focuses on demand generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth, particularly for promoting new B2C and B2B offerings and building effective funnels for our workshops. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will develop and execute innovative growth strategies that attract new customers and drive expansion revenue from our existing customer base.
You will:
Develop and implement an integrated and scalable strategy that achieves business goals, spanning paid ads, events, webinars, ebooks, sales enablement, inbound, and more.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote new offers for AlterCall.
Lead a repeatable cadence of multi-channel campaigns with outputs in content marketing, customer marketing, social media marketing, nurture, and more.
Create and optimize funnels to drive registrations and sales for the workshops.
Oversee all paid marketing acquisition efforts, effectively managing demand generation budgets to meet and exceed company goals.
Work directly with industry experts leading the workshops to understand the unique selling points.
Coordinate all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the offers’ objectives and branding.
Execute a global events marketing calendar, closely partnering with sales for pre-event and post-event prospect outreach and nurture.
Use a data-driven approach to report on acquisition metrics, track campaign effectiveness, optimize conversion rates, and continuously drive down CAC.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights to enhance results.
Design and develop website pages dedicated to the courses.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across relevant platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Manage the sales process, including selling tickets and ensuring a full virtual room for the offers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with sales, product management, and the wider marketing team to ensure strategic alignment.
You Have:
10+ years of demand generation marketing experience in B2C and the B2B SaaS technology industry.
Deep experience leveraging paid channels, content, events, and more to drive lead capture, pipeline, and revenue.
Proven track record with documented experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels.
Demonstrated success in direct response marketing with impressive results.
Expertise in creating and managing website pages, digital ads, and sales processes.
Experience building targeted marketing programs (e.g., ABM) to reach and convert key accounts.
Developed and managed a demand generation budget.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill a mountain of data into a clear and compelling business case.
Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and more.
Agility and curiosity, with a default posture to move with speed and tackle problems head-on.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, particularly within the SaaS industry.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
