Job Overview

You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and you will be working with a variety of different companies, from e-commerce retailers to media outlets, and help them generate revenue by promoting their products or services through third-party websites or platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
  • Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
  • Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms
  • Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
  • Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
  • Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
  • Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
  • Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
  • Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
  • Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
  • Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role
  • Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
