TL;DR
As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll drive performance across every stage of our bow-tie funnel. You’ll own key growth levers – like website optimization, AI workflow implementation, data analysis – while also managing our marketing tooling and software stack. Through experimentation and data analysis, you generate insights that inform your daily tasks and help the marketing team enhance their KPIs. This is the perfect role for an analytical marketer who can own the full funnel, shape our marketing strategy through data, and drive serious impact as Altura builds the best bid management software on the market.
Our marketing efforts have helped fuel Altura’s growth to over 40 team members in just a few years. We’ve built a strong content and demand engine, laid solid SEO foundations, and launched campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Now, we’re ready to scale our marketing internationally! With our success in the Netherlands, and our recent launch in the UK, we’re excited to expand our reach and bring our innovative AI solutions to new markets.
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to take our funnel performance to the next level. You’ll lead performance marketing, conversion optimization, and tooling strategy. You’ll own our website and ad platforms, optimize processes with AI tooling, and provide insights using business analysis skills that fuel better decisions across the entire marketing team.
This is a data-heavy, tooling-savvy, and tactical role. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, ensuring that our marketing performance isn’t just efficient – it’s exceptional.
Own and optimize the full bow-tie funnel by ensuring end-to-end visibility into data, reporting, and performance. Driving higher conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey.
Analyze cross-channel marketing performance and attribution to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.
Optimize website performance and lead generation through technical SEO/AEO, CRO, personalization, and A/B testing.
Manage and continuously optimize paid advertising accounts to improve performance marketing outcomes.
Implement and oversee the MarTech stack, including CRM (HubSpot), data enrichment tools, AI-driven workflows, revenue attribution software, and performance analytics.
4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles within an agency, ideally combined with an in-house role within a SaaS B2B environment.
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing or a related field.
Deep knowledge of digital advertising, especially Google Ads, and experience driving SEO performance.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with BI- or Revenue Attribution software and marketing analytics platforms.
Experience managing CRM systems, automation tools, and website optimization.
Familiarity and passion for AI tools and workflows to drive efficiency in content and campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization strategies, and funnel performance tracking.
Technical know-how (bonus: basic coding or working with APIs/integrations).
