Job Description
As an Entry-Level Remote Online Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will provide prompt and helpful assistance through our online chat platform, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot common product/service issues and provide solutions
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate team members
